Chris
Chris has been in Estate Agency for 20 years. He worked for a large national estate agency for 9 years before setting up Spencer Gordon with Ross in 2010.
Chris loves the variety that the job brings - no two days are ever the same!
He loves snowboarding but claims he is always working so can't get away to the Alps to improve his skills!
Ross
Ross doesn't describe himself as a typical estate agent.
To his clients he says "I am probably more of a problem solver, counsellor, confidante, best friend - who just happens to be pretty good at selling houses!"
The most daring thing Ross has done? Skydiving at 14,000ft in Noosa, Australia.
Karen
Karen's primary job is to keep us all organised, she is the matriarch of the team.
Her warmth and patience with our customers and her dedication to their needs is second to none.
Karen has lived in Southport all her life and we are sure she could give even the most experienced of taxi drivers a run for their money in knowing every street in the town!

Pat does all the administration and accounts work here at Spencer Gordon.
